Hindi Astrology Ai (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, 10-digit mobile number, selected language, and password. Your password is securely hashed before it is stored. We do not store your password in plain text.

Birth and Kundali Information

To generate your Kundali, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Birth place
• Latitude and longitude of the selected birth place
• Timezone
• Generated Kundali and astrology chart information

The App does not request access to your device’s current or continuous location. Birth-place coordinates are obtained from the place you manually enter or select.

AI Chat Information

When you use the AI astrology chat, we collect and store:

• Questions you submit
• AI-generated answers
• Suggested follow-up questions
• Selected response language
• Date and time of the conversation
• Reports you submit about an AI response
• Free or Premium question usage

Subscription Information

Google Play processes all subscription payments. We do not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details.

To verify and provide Premium access, we process:

• Google Play subscription product ID
• Google Play purchase token
• Subscription status
• Subscription start and expiration time
• Auto-renewal status
• Purchase verification status

Technical Information

We use authentication tokens to keep you signed in securely. Our server or hosting provider may process standard technical request information such as IP address, request time, and error information for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and operation of the service.

The App does not display advertisements and does not use your information for targeted advertising.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate your login
• Generate and save your Kundali
• Provide personalized astrology responses
• Generate AI-powered answers
• Maintain chat history
• Enforce free and Premium usage limits
• Verify Google Play subscriptions
• Restore subscription access
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Investigate reported AI responses
• Provide customer and privacy support
• Improve the reliability and security of the service
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND DATA SHARING

We use third-party service providers to operate the App:

VedicAstroAPI

Birth details and birth-place coordinates may be processed by VedicAstroAPI to calculate astrology and planetary chart information.

geocode.maps.co

Birth-place text is sent to geocode.maps.co to find matching places and obtain latitude and longitude.

OpenRouter and AI Model Providers

Your Kundali information, birth details relevant to the chart, and questions may be sent through OpenRouter to the selected AI model to generate astrology responses.

Google Play

Subscription product IDs, purchase tokens, status, and renewal information are processed through Google Play and the Google Play Developer API for subscription verification, restoration, cancellation, refund, and expiration handling.

Hosting and Infrastructure Providers

Our hosting and database providers process information as necessary to store account information and operate the service.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We share only the information reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, operate the service, or comply with legal obligations.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Hindi Astrology Ai uses artificial intelligence to generate astrology responses.

AI-generated and astrology information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Responses are provided for personal insight and entertainment only.

The App does not provide professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, relationship, career, or emergency advice. Do not rely exclusively on an AI or astrology response when making important decisions. Independently verify important information and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Users can report an AI response from inside the App. Reports may be reviewed to improve safety and prevent harmful or inappropriate content.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Information is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect stored information, including password hashing, authentication tokens, database access controls, and restricted access to server credentials.

The latest Kundali information may also be stored locally on your Android device for app functionality and offline display.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain account information, Kundali information, chat history, usage records, and subscription information while your account remains active or while the information is necessary to provide the service.

When you permanently delete your account, active account data is deleted as described below.

Limited information may be retained when required for:

• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Accounting requirements
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of our agreements

Any retained information will be restricted to the applicable purpose and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

7. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

You can permanently delete your account from inside the Android App:

Settings → Delete Account → Type DELETE → Delete Permanently

In-app deletion removes:

• Name and mobile number
• Password hash
• Authentication tokens
• Selected language
• Birth details
• Kundali and astrology information
• Chat questions and AI responses
• AI response reports
• Usage records
• Google Play purchase token
• Subscription record and App entitlement
• Locally saved Kundali data

We may request limited information to verify account ownership. Verified email deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and deleted information cannot be restored.

Deleting your Hindi Astrology Ai account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through Google Play.

8. YOUR CHOICES

You may:

• Review your saved Kundali inside the App
• Stop submitting AI questions
• Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play
• Report inappropriate AI responses
• Permanently delete your account
• Contact us regarding access, correction, privacy, or deletion requests

9. CHILDREN

Hindi Astrology Ai is intended for users aged 18 years and over. The App is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can investigate and delete the information where appropriate.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change.

When changes are made, we will update the effective date and publish the revised Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
